She went above and beyond when packing my purse. The purse is in its original packaging, brand new as described. She surrounded it with bubble wrap and tissue paper and sent it in the appropriate size box. I am so grateful to her. This was my dream purse and I was looking all over for it and I had gotten ripped off twice and had to go through PayPal to get my money back.
