My order arrived in a timely manner. The tiles are packed with bubble wrap, however, 2 out of the 3 tiles were broken. I checked with seller on what to do and she advised for me to file a claim through the post office. The seller was kind and helpful in this situation.

Seller went above and beyond covering the shipping costs for the weight of this thing! Unfortunately after that and pm digging their hands in, wasn't much of a profit 😕 I wish something would change in this aspect! I cannot thank Seller enough for the great deal on a great item/ have yet to try it. I'm giving 5 stars anyway, cuz I believe if anything is wrong with it, they'll do right by it! Thank you for everything ❤️
