I had a pair of these navy blue "silver tags" (they were very limited edition in the early 90s). I was homeless when I got them for my birthday. When I went to the Rainbow Gathering a month later I got sick (strep) and had the door open taking them off for the 6 hour drive home. I closed the door and off we went. It was WAY too late by the time my feverish brain wondered where they were. These might be made in Thailand, they may have zippers and no silver tag, but they are the beautiful navy blue that is still rare in Docs and theyre 14 eyes and I couldn't be happier. They fit perfectly and I seriously cannot thank you enough for scratching that 33 year itch. I love them.
