Very fast shipping, exactly as described, great price! Thank you! After closer inspection, I found the waistband was cinched on both sides with a large safety pin, which was not immediately visible due to the voluminousness of the fabric and the smocking/gathering of the "waistband." Removing these safety pins as carefully as possible revealed multiple holes torn by the safety pins. Garment was then much looser than advertised and measured.
