I am in LOVE with this BREATHTAKINGLY GORGEOUS French White Ruffle Collar Blouse With Tie Neck!!! It is exactly as pictured and described, is in perfect, pristine condition, and I was able to purchase it at an excellent price!!! I especially adore the beautiful crisp white fabric, the absolutely gorgeous French styling with ruffle collar, adorned with a charming tie, and the beautiful tailored, fitted styling!!!
