Used it for my husband who is in a wheelchair now. It was hard for me to wash his hair. This was easy to use, heated it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Put it on his head and massaged for 2 minutes. Removed the shampoo cap, towel dry his hair and brushed it. It was so fast but with no water mess at you don't rinse it. It also has both shampoo and conditioner already in the cap.
