OMG! This was packaged so cutely! It came sooner that it said too which was nice. I’ve never owned a petticoat before and this one is perfect! Fits me and my dresses perfectly! The vest is super cute too. And the extra skirt was so cute too! I will be wearing it all the time when school comes back round’. Thank you soooo much! :)
