The rating is only for the item as it was in its perfect condition. On another note, seller declined my offer without a counteroffer or without letting me know the price was firm. Also, my messages were ignored. I took a chance purchasing the item full price anyway...and still the seller shipped them out to me late. I waited 10 days before receiving them 😒
