Item looked new. Found one shoe had a little scratch on the back heel area. The other shoe had a little dirt on the bottom of the shoe that I easily cleaned off. We can’t find these shoes anywhere else in this size and my kid was okay with the scratch. The shipping seemed pretty quick and the item was packaged well.
