The dress looks new and it was shipped with care, which I greatly appreciated. It was not stuffed in a usps envelope, it was in its own bag and there was also a gracious note. Finally, the pusher is a great one on top of things. She texted me expressing her concern because there wasn't a tracking number available even though she had shipped the package. Great dress and great seller.
