Please communicate any delay in shipping with your buyers . If you have delays communication is key in. Transaction . I totally understand snow storms as a delay but to not communicate that with your buyers is not okay . I always let my buyers know when I will be shipping an order And I let them know of my delays in my shipping out an order. Please communicate better with your buyers.
