I'm giving this a 5 because the frustrating thing that happened was no fault of the person who sent it, but frustrating nonetheless, because I ended up paying for a dress that got here over a week too late. I messaged immediately after purchasing, saying that I needed to rush and that I'd be happy to pay for the shipping. Not only was it not delivered on time, but it was over a week and a half late. I ordered two other things from Poshmark that arrived in time, so now I have this dress that I don't need. It is cute, but that was a bummer.
