***Updating rating*** Seller reached out to me with garment care info explaining why this particular item was so starchy and waxy. I wanted to correct and edit my rating to reflect this. I haven't washed it yet but given this is just a laundering issue as the item is nwt it should be great. Thank you seller for clarifying and apologies for my ignorance. The item feels like plastic tarp or some very strange uncomfortable material NOT consistent with organic cotton. I am very familiar with oc most of my clothing and my childs clothing is gots certified organic cotton so I have no idea what on earth this fabric is. But I wish the seller would have disclosed this in the listing. Would not have purchased and will not use.
