I asked a lot of questions and they took time to answer them all. Prompt shipping…however it took forever to arrive. They were also tracking and keeping contact with me. The shipping was out of their control but their customer service was above and beyond. The item was beautiful and packed with care. Also sent a little gift in my package with thank you note.
