Description and picture matched item. No problem with shipping. No issues with seller. Still disappointed with the purchase. Already have this shoe, same size and style, in a different color. That shoe fits great. No reason to expect this item to not fit the same, but it doesn't. Too small. Not a seller issue. Just a risk from buying on this platform. *blah*
