Even though Poshmark charges an enormous amount to ship out, you did an outstanding job in packing it. When I took out the lipstick it was hot, and I though: PROBABLY MELTED, but all is OK. It's hot here. By the way, unfortunately, you could have returned it at Sephora. And...Sephora will take back any cosmetic, even if used.
