The dress was packed beautifully and it arrived wonderfully. Unfortunately, it went to a neighbor, but I am so blessed that I live in a neighborhood where neighbors who get the wrong package bring it to you. This was UPS fault not the seller. And she kept in touch with me the whole time. Thank you so much for this beautiful dress and what a fantastic deal I got on this. Alice

Thanks so much! Love my bag! I think someone got into the box though in transit because the tape came off and the box was torn open! LV made it intact though :)
