Malena was very sweet and very helpful. I wanted to see with more detail the state of the jacket and she add more pictures. She was very responsive every time! In terms of the shipping 10/10 too; I mentioned to her that I was going to travel soon and that I'd love to take the jacket with me. She sent it off that same day right after I bought it and it arrived way earlier than I expected. I absolutely love my new jacket!:)
