This seller is AMAZING! She truly went above and beyond making sure that I was not only happy with my purchase but she made sure I was updated every step of the way with regards to my purchase while they were in route for delivery. She personally tracked the progress every day and would message me letting me know where they were and when they’d arrive. The delivery was delayed by a few days and she notified me before UPS. This slippers are so soft! Unfortunately, they’re a little too small on me. I didn’t realize it said size 8 but more like a 7.5. I’m closer to an 8.5. But I have been stuffing my feet in them because they’re so soft. I am hoping that I can break them in a bit. I like that they have a hard bottom so I can use them to take out the trash. Thank you!
