5 stars for the Seller. 3 stars for Theory on these pants. So many classic fabrics (wool/silk blend or gabardine) to modern fabrics (tencel viscose bamboo etc) could have been used but they used polyester. Not sure why these are so raved about. None of this is a reflection of the seller. I would buy from them again
