Macy was great to work with - took extra photos so I could better understand quality of purchase (which was quite good) and sent the shoes quickly. My ONLY neg comment isn't for Macy - it's for other Altra fans, this style "close to the foot" was a little tight for a 10.5, all their other Mens 10.5 fit me well :) Thanks Macy!
