The holidays are done and the house once again is filled with a peace that only arrives after the last relative is bundled out the door. Whilst tidying up, I happened upon a small brown package missed in the Christmas chaos, and realized immediately what it was: The splendid Apt. 9 Pea Coat I'd ordered from @lyn985 weeks before! The lime green was deeper than the photos, a burst of spring colour on an otherwise dreary winter day. The size, fit and details were accurate to the seller's description, and thoughtful packaging prevented damage, as my post-person is very much a "challenge accepted" type when it comes to large packages and miniscule mailboxes. Paired it with a knit sweater, woolen leggings, Wellies and gloves and stayed scrumptiously warm for my coffee date even though the air was brisk.
