OMG! When I opened the box, the smell of quality leather drifted in the air. My son, who is 13, said "that smells good-like the boot place" That is high praise from him. It absolutely smells like luxury leather. The quality is OVER THE TOP. It is by far the nicest bag I've ever owned, and that's saying something. I own plenty of authentic YSL, LV, Gucci. This exceeds those. I'm so glad I made this purchase.
