Hi Teresa! I am happy to report the spooner arrived today safe and sound. I have to say it was like a puzzle getting to it, but it was well protected and arrived in one piece. I'd have been sick if it had been damaged. My grandmother who I was very close to had a spooner and it went to a cousin after she died 33 years ago. Since then I've been looking for one just to remind me of her. I had to laugh as I unwrapped the well protected piece of glass so please don't be embarrassed. I am grateful. I understand that family emergencies happen and was patient waiting a while before cancelling the order. I am so glad I waited. I appreciate the sincerity and apologies. Thank you!
