Accidents happen & with a busy Poshmark business, this seller mistakenly mixed up shipping labels, shipping me the wrong item. The moment she realized what had occurred, she immediately notified both Poshmark & her customers of the mishap. New shipping labels were generated & given to us. I quickly received my correct order. @LUNALUNASUGAR9 was great to do business with. I appreciate her communication & efforts in making sure both myself & her other client were both taken care of.
