Wow, what a sparkler, the pictures do not do it justice. This watch set is new. The watch box is new in the box. This purchase was more like a present. While the wrapping inside of the shipment box was paper used to [ack china, it has a nice rope bow and thank you sticker. The handwritten thank you card was a lovely touch and exceeded Nordstrom's idea of 5-star service.
