The watch was exactly as described. Lori added another watch to my package that I had liked on the website but not purchase free of charge. She did this because she didn’t catch that I had liked two items but had not put them in a bundle. If they had been bundled, I would have saved on mailing fees. I consider this my error, not hers. She added the other watch as compensation. It tells you what kind of person she is. Very customer focused.Thank you, Lori❤️!
