You could have had a much kinder approach to why you got four stars. I’m actually “baffled” at how you approached the situation. I’ll give you the five star rating regardless because like I said you were amazing, packaging, note, personal touch was fantastic. I realize tone can’t be properly assumed in writing. I’m not at all upset. It was a misunderstanding on my part.
