I received the items new, as shown. I expected the color would be lighter than what we received, but that was my assumption based on previously owning this same item, but in a lighter green. My shipping status did not update until the package was out for delivery, so I had a quiet week with no knowledge of whether or not it was shipped. But again...probably not anything the seller had control over. The price was great, and we got what we ordered!
