I don't believe it was the fault of the seller but my doll was packaged with several flaws. The extra legs she comes with...I have 3 feet for heels and just one for flats. One side of her hair has been cut off and tied with thread. It's very odd, because she was completely secure in the box, it hadn't been opened. Thanks to the seller, I got an amazing price for her so I can't complain too much. I may contact MGA about quality control though. Thanks!
