Seller shipped order promptly and purse was as shown in photo. I wish I had known about wires inserted into the straps as it made it less comfortable. It was an important detail that was not included in description as well as the purse not having a flat bottom. The purse itself would have gotten three stars from me but as this is a rating for the seller I would just recommend if there are any questions you have about the item make sure to gets your questions answered first before buying.
