The order wasn't shipped for five days after it was placed, and there was no communication about the delay. It then experienced additional delays in shipping, causing it to take two weeks to arrive. The delay after it left the reseller was beyond their control, but informing me about the delay would have been appreciated. Aside from that, the item arrived as expected. Thank you.
