Jami is very considerate about her customer's wishes. We've been having issues with our mail having holes poked in boxes and boxes being injured during shipping. Actually there have been numerous yellow stickers on our boxes stating that the post office was sorry for package damage during shipping. ANYWAY, I asked Jami to put my items in q plastic bag to protect them. She did and her wrapping was perfect. She also sends surprise gifts sometimes and they are always awesome. This time it was a scrunchie because she knows I have long hair. Last time she sent me some natural stones since she knows I love rocks. I just needed to let folks know she does her best.
