I opened it up and to my surprise the box was well stuffed with paper, the bag was wrapped perfectly and lined with paper inside every pocket. You took so much care of making sure this bag got to me in pristine condition that I am so grateful to you! On top of that you sent a handwritten thank you note which put a huge smile on my face and warmed my heart. It is clear you pack your items with the same care you would expect for yourself.
