Very kind and responsive seller. She answered all my questions quickly and uploaded additional photos. She gave me a wonderful deal for the bag. Fast shipping. The shipping box was damaged in transit and there was nothing in the box protecting the item, but luckily it wasn’t affected. Overall great experience!
