Perhaps from shipping but it had far more scratches then were illustrated in the pictures. I have purchased some leather care and I'm going to do some work on it to try and see how I can make it look a little bit better. And a lot of it did buff out with some conditioning. So I'm changing this to a five-star as it is a solid bag. thank you very much.
