Well, let me tell you I was treated like I spent big bucks which I didn’t. I bought a very reasonably priced teapot. This seller was responsive to my questions. I explained that I was buying this teapot for a friend. She packed it so meticulously. There was no way for it to get damaged. Shipping was incredibly fast. It is so perfect and beautiful.
