Kristine was an Posher to buy from. Communication was prompt and helpful and shipping was speedy. My item is in perfect condition—I previously owned the same Madewell denim jacket but lost it while we were out of town. Devastating because I wore it constantly, and the retailer had already stopped making it. So I was grateful and excited to have found my size through Kristine’s shop!
