So I’m giving 5 stars only bc it won’t let me leave a comment otherwise. I would give a rating of 2. The jacket’s… the seller did tell me in advance that the package will be delayed bc she’s out of town, which I was ok w/ . However, I asked for an update after 2 wks & as a courtesy you should respond to your customer to let them know the status. I also asked her 1 other question & was also ignored. Her lack of responsiveness was off putting. Even from the jump the seller wasnt very friendly. If gonna take 2+ wks to ship something, at the very least you can not be dismissive. Didn’t greet me, didn’t thank me. Despite me thanking her like 3-4 times. The item arrived in a cardboard box w/out wrapping at all to protect it. Sellers should be kind to their paying customers, at the very least answer their questions before & after purchasing. We’re giving you business & you took forever to ship. It’s the least you can do.
