I received a Benefit eyebrow pencil, but I had ordered a color, 2.5, and the one sent was 3.5! That is two shades too dark and would like to send it back for a refund. She made up for it on her own after poshmark support said they couldn't refund my money because I had already accepted my order before I realized the error. We both sent each other the wrong one and the right one. Thanks so much, Kristen, for doing the right thing!
