Lovely skirt. I just didn't realize Small could fit size 4 which is a bit small .I wear a size 8. Also the length is to long for me and I like low scandals. I am 5'3"so the skirt will need altering in length Elastic waistband fits "ok" so I will keep it. Thanks for fast delivery response.
