Order shipped very promptly and exactly as described. Constructive criticism. I would definitely use a box in the future from the USPS instead of a flat bag package to ship a hat. This is a gift so I’m not concerned but I would not be happy if it was for me because the structural rigidity of the hat could have been compromised. Overall great purchase.
