Not your fault!! The wires on the back of the earrings pokes and will scratch the behind my ears. David Yurman normally has the type of hooks that clasps together (Kidney Ear Wire) so you don’t lose them or get scratched or irritated. The heart is authentic but the hooks throw everything off and will definitely irritate the area behind my ears. I would have to get my jeweler to replace the hooks on the back.
