Was able to get spots off by scraping a little harder with my nails. Not sure where they came from possibly manufactured that way since there is sparkles on the bag and theses little paint spots were sparkly. They were very small so I’m sure they could easily be missed. Seller communicated effectively and issue was resolved once I scraped the paint with my nails and it was removed finally.
