These shoes are in fantastic condition. The packaging needs to be improved upon. It was ripped in several places and had been taped shut, so I feel very lucky that it even arrived with the shoes in it. The paper that had been stapled shut to create an envelope was not strong enough to ship the shoes. But as I mentioned, these shoes are fantastic.
