I'm giving full marks because these are good-quality sweatpants and fit well around the waist and hips, even though I was disappointed to find that they *aren't* full length (they don't even reach my ankles, and I'm only 5'8"). They'll be decent wear-around-the-house-with-heavy-socks bottoms, though.
