Diane was very thoughtful when packing the item, took time to pack ot well, added a lovely personal touch with a thank you card and even mentioned how she packaged the item on the sided of the box. This touch was great because it allowed me to unpack my item carefully and avoiding a huge mess. Thank you Diane.
