Initially, I gave 5 stars because the package arrived well packed and sealed. However, after opening it, I noticed the camera gun accessory was missing and both arms were not wrapped properly, so I changed my rating to 3 stars. After calming down, I contacted her and was honestly surprised by how she handled the situation. She immediately acknowledged the issue with the missing gun and offered a full refund right away. I’m currently waiting for the shipping label and return instructions. She also escalated the matter to customer service to make sure everything is handled properly. I’ve purchased other Space Molly items from her and I currently still have another one on the way. I appreciate her quick response and willingness to resolve the issue professionally. UPDATE: I received the replacement, and I can’t believe it. Absolutely amazing service! Highly recommend!
