I am so sorry, I thought I left a review! I am beyond pleased with this transaction, how friendly and kind Kelly is, not to mention how quickly she responds. The wreath is AWESOME! It’s so big and that’s exactly what I wanted! I am so grateful for the thought, and care Kelly had when securing the wreath, and then using the right size box, so that it wouldn’t get squished or damaged in any way! It truly speaks volumes how much you care about your art and your customers satisfaction that you go above and beyond to ensure it arrives to the destination in perfect condition, along with the sweet, and thoughtful note included inside the box. I always enjoy being surprised with a note inside my packages. Never fails if I’m having an off day, the notes always make me smile. There is just something about receiving a hand written card from a stranger that cares enough about their customers to take that extra 5 mins to write you a sweet message that instantly puts a smile on peoples faces. It is so thoughtful, and again speaks volumes about how much you care! Thank you again, Kelly!! I am looking forward to buying more wreaths from you! We love this product. It was big, beautiful, and perfect for our door. Plus, the communication with the seller was fabulous. I highly recommend both.
