This is my first pair of Birkenstock sandals or their shoes in general. Kayla was super sweet to work with on answering all my questions. She even provided an additional photo of the bottoms as requested. I received my package and she had included a "thank you card" and a small gift. This was also my first experience with buying on Poshmark. She has set the bar high! I will definitely learn from her tips while setting up my account and selling on this platform.
